Work of Asha Worker Sisters,

Relief in Salary Fund of Asha Worker Sisters:
What were the main demands?
(1) Asha worker and Asha Facilitator sisters should be made permanent employees by setting up a four-class regular establishment.
(2) Incentives like Asha workers and Asha facilitators should be paid according to the minimum wage as per the 7th Pay Commission by stopping the exploitative practice.
(3) Asha worker Asha Facilitator sisters as well as thousands of women working in honorary wage, fixed salary, contract system outsourcing system should be given 180 days maternity leave with pay like other government women employees during the maternity period.
(4) Asha workers above 45 years of age as well as Asha facilitator sisters should also be included in the pension scheme.
(5) Asha worker and Asha facilitator sisters should be given promotion as FH on the basis of their performance, study and experience.
(6) In case of institutional convenience a. P. L and B. P. The distinction of L should be removed and all pregnant ANCs should be paid the labor tax.
(7) Salaries for Asha workers and Asha facilitators should be increased in the budget presented in the legislative session every year.
