Mera Ration Mobile App has been developed by the Government of India with an objective to provide flexibility to citizens in the public distribution system. As part of administrative reforms to make the public distribution system more transparent and efficient and to make online ration card services easily available to citizens, the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs has launched “My Ration” in collaboration with NIC-Gujarat. has been launched. A mobile app has been developed based on the Government of India’s “Mera Ration” mobile app.
This application is government to citizen
This app is a Government to Citizen (G2C) app. In which various information related to public distribution system and ration card has been made available in Gujarati language. “My Ration” mobile app is designed keeping in mind the local needs of the ration card holders, in which every NFSA ration card holder can access basic information like his ration card details, family members details, quantity available with him.
How to register
In mobile application, user has to register himself using mobile number or e-mail id. Here mobile number will be mandatory. It is very important that every ration card holder should enter the same mobile number which he is using. After registration the user can login to the application.
Details of what you will get from this app
Through this app the user can enter their ration card number and get the ration card details and family details as well as the fair price shop details associated with the ration card. He can also know how much he has earned in six months. Through this app, a ration card holder can purchase ration from the shop and get a bill receipt related to distribution on his ration card. Through this app you can apply online for ration card related services like name addition and deletion in ration card, address correction, card splitting, duplicate ration card, issue of new ration card on the state government’s digital Gujarat platform. Also, ration card holders can also submit their response online by filing online complaint for submissions related to public distribution system.
