Ayushman Bharat Yojana or Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) is a centrally sponsored scheme launched under the MoHFW Mission in 23-September-2018.

You all must know that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana i.e. Ayushman Bharat Yojana in which common citizens will get free health treatment up to five lakh.

Check whether your name is in Ayushman Bharat Yojana or not in this way

First of all you have to click on the Ayushman Bharat Yojana website given above

STEP : 1) First you have to register your mobile number.

STEP : 2) As soon as you enter the mobile number, an otp will be sent to your mobile which you have to enter in the website.

STEP : 3) It will then ask you to select an option

STEP : 4) You can check your name from different ways, select the one you want to search your name.
1. By name
2.Ration Card Number
3.Mobile no

STEP : 5) Here I have selected by name
So you have to enter your name here which is detailed in the ration card.

STEP : 6) It will show you if your name is in Ayushman Bharat Yojana along with your details Bharata.

STEP : 7) As soon as you click on Family details, all the details of your family will be opened
So you can see the names of your family members in Ayushman Bharat Yojana and check if they are your family members.

And then you have to click on Get Details on SMS and your HHID number will come in mobile and you have to go to the nearest health center with it.

After all this you will know whether your name is in Ayushman Bharat Yojana or not.
And if you don’t have a name then you don’t need to panic
A mail will arrive at your home through which you can avail.

Now you have to go to your nearest health center with this HHID number or post and ration card and all the people whose names are in the ration card have to go along, and also have to take the Aadhaar card of all the members.
