Online and offline application for current family ration card name reduction.
✤ Application Procedure for Ration Card:
You will need to click on “Apply Online” button or “Download form” button to fill the ration card correction online form to reduce the ration card name.
This service is available in Gujarati.
For filling online or offline details, your general details and service specific information like business details, family details, etc. should be ready.
All fields marked “*” on the online form are mandatory.
If English input language is selected then English keyboard will be required for input, but if Gujarati input language is selected then Gujarati keyboard will be required for input.
If any data filled by you in the online form is incorrect or misleading then the Head of Department will be forced to cancel your form.
If your application is returned for changes or to fill in incomplete details, please submit it within 37 days of return. If the applicant fails to submit the application within 37 days, it will be disposed of. The application fee will not be refunded.

✤ Process to apply online name reduction in ongoing family ration card:
1. Open Digital Gujarat Portal www.digitalgujarat.gov.in website.
2. After that click on “MENU” then the menu bar opens.
3. After that click on “Services”.
3. Click on “Citizen Services” in Services.
4. Click on Citizen Services and a new page will open.
5. Scroll down on that page, “Removal of Name from Ration Card” will appear.
6. Click on “Removal of Name From Ration Card”.
7. Click on “Apply Online” below in the new page that opens.
8. After applying online, the login side of the registered user will open.
9. If you have registered, login with Login ID and Password.
10. Click For New Registration (Citizen)
✤ Application Procedure for Offline Name Reduction in Current Ration Card:
1. To apply offline filled the application form and visited the Mamlatdar office with necessary documents.

One passport size photograph and following documents are required while applying.
